If for any reason, your order is not correct when you receive it, please call or email us within 7 days so we can promptly correct it for you.
If one of our products does not work for your skin type, you may exchange it for a different product if you notify us within 30 days of the purchase date. Additional charges or credit may apply.
The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Shipping costs for the exchange will be your responsibility. We encourage you to choose a shipping method that allows you to track your package. Please include a copy of your invoice or your order number along with any items you wish to exchange to the address below:

All exchanges are processed within 24 hours of receipt. Please allow up to 72 hours for the credit to post to your bank statement, if applicable.
Orders which exceed $250 are eligible for a return of no more than 60% of the order's total value, after discounts.
Please note that the Kaelen Harwell exchange policy does NOT apply to limited time offers, special promotions, travel sizes or sample kits. Individual products purchased within a kit or collections are not eligible for individual credit.
Kaelen Harwell reserves the sole right to determine whether items qualify for an exchange, or a credit. Only products purchased directly from www.kaelenharwell.com are eligible for consideration. Product that has been purchased from a retail location will not be considered for credit or refund. Products which are not eligible for return or exchange will not be returned to sender and will not be eligible for credit.
